PTFE Cast Film

PTFE cast film is a thin, flexible material made from polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), a high-performance fluoropolymer known for its exceptional chemical resistance, thermal stability, and non-stick properties. PTFE cast film is widely used as a high-temperature, non-stick release layer in composite manufacturing, electrical insulation, chemical liners, food processing, and medical packaging due to its exceptional heat resistance, chemical inertness, and low friction.

Feature

  • Non-Stick & Low Friction
    - Like all PTFE materials, it has a very low coefficient of friction, making it ideal for release layers and anti-adhesive applications.
  • Chemical Resistance
    - Highly resistant to acids, bases, solvents, and corrosive chemicals.
  • High-Temperature Resistance
    - Can withstand temperatures from -200°C to +260°C (-328°F to +500°F) without degrading.
  • Electrical Insulation
        - Excellent dielectric properties, useful in electronics and electrical applications.
  • Flexible & Durable
    - Despite being thin, it maintains strength and flexibility over a wide temperature range.
