PTFE cast film laminates are composite materials that use a specialized lamination process to bond multi-layer cast PTFE film to a substrate (PTFE coated fiberglass fabric). The laminates combine the properties of traditional PTFE coated fabrics with the new benefits of cast PTFE film laminates, such as an extremely smooth, non-porous, and completely sealed surface, longer life. These laminates are widely used in aerospace, automotive, food processing, and chemical industries where extreme conditions demand high-performance materials. 

• Non-Stick & Low Friction – PTFE’s signature property makes these laminates resistant to adhesion, ideal for release surfaces.

• Chemical Resistance – Highly inert, resisting acids, solvents, and corrosive substances.
• High-Temperature Resistance – Stable from -200°C to +260°C (-328°F to +500°F), with short-term tolerance up to 300°C (572°F).
• Weather & UV Resistance – Excellent durability in outdoor environments.
